Dean Message (FCPS)
It is with immense pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to the Faculty of Crop Production Sciences at The University of Agriculture, Peshawar. Our faculty stands at the forefront of agricultural innovation, education, and research, committed to addressing the grand challenges of food security, climate change, and sustainable crop production.
As the newly appointed Dean, my vision is rooted in collaboration, inclusivity, and impact. I believe that through rigorous research, responsive curricula, and strong industry-academic linkages, we can equip our students with the tools and mindset necessary to drive transformation in Pakistan's agriculture sector and beyond.
Our faculty houses diverse departments that are actively engaged in pioneering work, from developing climate-resilient crops to advancing precision agriculture and conservation practices. I am particularly proud of our efforts in launching forward-looking academic programs and leading climate-smart initiatives across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
