Call for project proposals

The University of Agriculture, Peshawar  Invites Applications For Project Proposals From Faculty/Scientists/Researchers/Development Practitioners Working in reputable public sector organization with established basic facilities including lab , administrative and financial systems and involved in the development and dissemination of adoptive technology to the farming community in agriculture and livestock sectors , for funding up to 06 million for a period not exceeding 3 years under the university R&D Endowment Fund Program.

These grant are highly competitive and preference shall be given to the projects addressing issues related to the productivity, profitability, competitiveness and sustainability of agriculture sector with focus on small farmers and women empowerment.

The project proposals shall mainly focus on Technology Transfer, Product Commercialization and R&D Projects in the fields of Agriculture, Livestock and Women Development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Merged Areas. Funding preference will be given to project proposals focusing on modern agriculture technologies including precision agriculture, use of AI technologies in agriculture and climate smart agriculture.

Four hard copies along with a soft copy of the project proposal on the prescribed format complete in all respect shall be submitted through proper channel to the office of the undersigned by 24.01.2025. The proposal received shall be subject to evaluation as per standard procedure of EF Program.
